Terms and Conditions:
In addition to the Sharp Direct Online Store Terms and Conditions of Use and Sharp
Direct Privacy Policy, the following terms and conditions govern your access to and
purchase from the Sharp Affinity Program for
PTA
Employees.
As
a PTA
employee, you are eligible to receive discounts on the purchase of
Sharp products. The benefits of this program are for personal use only and are not for
resale, which includes, but is not limited to, resale through stores, through the Internet or
through any other means. The lower prices being offered for this promotion are the result of
a limited-time Sharp Corporate Partner promotion, not available at retail, and not able to be
combined with any other offer. In addition, you may not sell or otherwise transfer access to
your Sharp Affinity Program discount benefits to any third party. All pricing information
is confidential. There is a limit of three (3) purchases per year per employee from each
product category. For instance, if you purchased two (2) AQUOS LCD-TVs on January
1, 2010, you may only purchase one (1) AQUOS LCD-TV at the discounted price during
the remainder of the 2010 year. Violating these terms and conditions may result in
termination of your access and purchasing privileges or your company’s participation in
the Sharp Affinity Program.
